What does WordPress maintenance include?
WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, off-site backups, security scans, speed checks, small content edits and a monthly report. Bigger changes, like new pages or a redesign, are quoted separately.
Can you maintain a WordPress site you didn't build?
Yes. Most maintenance clients arrive with a site built by someone else. It starts with a site check, so DZ9 knows exactly what's installed before touching anything.
Will updates break my website?
Updates run after a fresh backup, and the key pages are checked afterwards. If an update causes a problem, the site is restored from the backup and the conflict is fixed before trying again.
What happens if my WordPress site gets hacked?
Regular security scans catch most problems early. If a site is compromised, DZ9 cleans it, restores from a clean backup where needed and closes the hole that let the attacker in.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
